Four ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø students have been traveling and collecting in Meridian, Lauderdale County, and Clarke County --not just as students, but as researchers, measuring the sounds and air around them as part of an environmental study in partnership with Brown University.

ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø hosted the First Generation Tri-Alpha Honor Cord Recognition ceremony where students were recognized as the first in their families to attend college; the ceremony also saluted members into Tri-Alpha, a national honor society for first-generation college students.
Outstanding ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø students' academic and athletic achievements shone as they were spotlighted in the College's annual Awards Program.  
ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø student Justin Ramirez won the top award for his Japanese block print-styled work, "Frogs," in the College's Annual Visual Arts Exhibition and Competition. 
Tommy Miller didn't have to go far to take his first steps toward a career he loved - in fact, it was just down the road. Miller is a natural resource specialist with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. His office: Okatibbee Lake.
