For ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø staffer Janet Parrett, a failing grade in medical records history class turned her life around and has impacted the countless lives of others.

"I wouldn't miss this for anything," Kino said, standing alongside nearly 100 others ready to run or walk in the College's Queen City Race for Life and Street Strut for Breast Cancer, held at ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø's track.

Simone Hardy's resilience and determination have earned her recognition as one of five Student of the Year award recipients at the annual Mississippi Adult Education Conference.
"ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø helped me grow into the person I am today in healthcare. Although I had obtained other degrees, my passion had always been healthcare. I knew ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø was the right place to continue my journey."
