ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø is gearing up for one of its most anticipated family events of the fall, Candy Cruise Around the Track, set for Thursday, Oct. 23, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Track. Admission is free and open to the public.
Hundreds of ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø students, faculty, and staff rolled up their sleeves to lend a hand from painting murals, planting gardens, performing for nursing home residents, and more.
The ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Alumni Association and ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Foundation are hosting their second annual Skeleton Decorating Contest. Twelve full-size skeletons will be scattered across campus and decorated to show the (humerus) creative side of ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍøers.
The annual event raises funds for the Baptist Cancer Center-Anderson Patient Benevolence Fund. Activities include a 5K run and walk, a one-mile fun run, and the signature Survivor Street Strut. All events begin at 8 a.m.
