Some 500 Lauderdale County School District eighth graders got a reality check when they came to ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø's Riley Workforce Development Center for a unique interactive learning opportunity.

In this season of giving thanks, ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø students, staff, and faculty members rolled up their shirt sleeves and opened their arms to give blood during the College's blood drive.
"If you are a student, a staff member, or a faculty member with a 'closet artist' label, now is the time to let your light shine," said Terrell Nicholson-Taylor, art instructor and curator for the exhibit.
The ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Foundation welcomed newly inducted honorees in the Lifetime Giving Awards presentation when the Foundation hosted its annual membership celebration at Northwood Country Club.
ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø honored veterans - both those on campus and in the community - a day before the traditional tributes were to be held.
